Camera Ready Submission for Regular Papers

To all authors of accepted regular papers - congratulations again on having your paper accepted for publication in the proceedings of the 12th IAPR Workshop on Document Analysis Systems (DAS 2016).

We hope that you have had a chance to go through the reviewer’s comments and that you are already working on the final version of your paper based on the feedback you were given.

In order for the production of the conference proceedings to go ahead as scheduled it is imperative that all authors submit camera ready versions of their papers by Friday 8 January 2016 using the CPS author kit/online submission system:

http://www.ieeeconfpublishing.org/cpir/authorKit.asp?Facility=CPS_Apr&ERoom=DAS+2016

Please make sure that you follow all the steps of the author kit, especially with regard to formatting your paper, production of a valid PDF (you may use PDF eXpress, an online service provided free of charge to generate your final PDF from a number of supported formats), and copyright release.

Please also bear in mind the strict length limit of 6 pages for the whole paper (including all figures, tables, and references).

Note that each DAS2016 paper must be associated with a minimum of one full registration (not student). Papers uploaded without an associated registration will not be included in the workshop program nor in the proceedings. Should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one full registration is required for publication although other authors are strongly encouraged to register (at either full or student rate) and participate in the workshop.

By submitting a paper to DAS2016 you confirm that you and your co-authors commit to the IAPR Ethical Requirements for Authors as written in the IAPR Statement on Ethics (full text can be found at: http://www.iapr.org/constitution/soe.php).
